Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
All items being returned must be clean, unused, and in the same condition as when they left our warehouse, with all original tags still attached. Items that arrive soiled, worn, or without tags cannot be accepted, and your return request will be denied. In such cases, the product will be returned to you at your own cost. This policy is in line with the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974.

Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged or faulty, in which case photographic evidence will be required. Please contact us at contact@pawmiapaws.com in the first instance. If returning via untracked delivery, please ensure you obtain proof of postage, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
For size exchanges, we are happy to cover the cost of sending out your new size free of charge. Simply return the original item to us at your own cost, and once received and accepted, we will dispatch your new size. We send replacements out free of charge once we have received back your incorrect item. Please send your order back to the address below including a note with your name, order number and your exchange request.
For all other exchanges, please return your item and place a new order.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 working days of us receiving your item, and may take up to 10 working days to appear in your bank account. Please note that original postage costs will not be refunded unless the item is damaged or faulty.
