PAWMIAPAWS — The Monthly Edit Subscription Policy

This Subscription Policy applies to The Monthly Edit by PAWMIAPAWS. By starting a subscription, you agree to the terms below alongside our general Terms & Conditions and other applicable store policies.

1. Your Monthly Edit

The Monthly Edit is a recurring monthly subscription designed to bring your dog a curated PAWMIAPAWS selection each month.

Each Monthly Edit includes a PAWMIAPAWS Medium Soft Treat Box as its regular core item.

The individual treats within the Large Treat Box may vary from month to month depending on our current selection and product availability.

Your Monthly Edit may also include additional treats, natural chews and, occasionally, toys or enrichment products. These additional items will vary and are not guaranteed every month.

Images used to advertise The Monthly Edit are for illustrative purposes only. Unless specifically stated otherwise, products pictured outside the guaranteed Large Treat Box are examples of the types of products that may be included and do not represent the exact contents of every month's box.

Where an additional item is unavailable, we may substitute it with a suitable alternative.

2. Subscription Price

The Monthly Edit is currently £17.95 per month, including UK delivery.

Your subscription will renew automatically each month and the payment method associated with your subscription will be charged at each renewal unless you cancel before the next payment becomes due.

There is no requirement to purchase a fixed number of boxes unless a separate minimum-term subscription is expressly offered.

3. Delivery

UK delivery of The Monthly Edit itself is included in the £17.95 subscription price.

Free subscription delivery does not automatically apply to other PAWMIAPAWS products purchased separately.

Additional orders will be subject to our normal delivery terms and charges unless we expressly offer combined delivery or another promotion.

Please ensure that the delivery address associated with your subscription is kept up to date. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered fulfilment.

4. Recurring Payments

By purchasing The Monthly Edit, you authorise recurring monthly payments using your selected payment method.

Your subscription will continue until cancelled.

If we are unable to collect a payment, your order may be delayed or your subscription may be paused or cancelled following any applicable payment-retry process.

5. Cancelling Your Subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time using the subscription management facility provided with your account, or by contacting PAWMIAPAWS.

Cancellation will stop future subscription renewals.

To avoid your next scheduled recurring payment, please cancel before that payment becomes due.

If a subscription order has already been paid for and processed before we receive your cancellation, cancellation of the subscription will normally apply from the following renewal. Any separate statutory cancellation or refund rights you may have are unaffected.

We do not charge a cancellation fee.

6. Your Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Subscription Policy is intended to exclude or restrict any rights you have under applicable UK consumer law.

Where you have a statutory right to cancel an order, receive a refund, reject faulty goods or exercise another consumer remedy, those rights continue to apply regardless of anything stated in this policy.

7. Treats, Ingredients & Allergies

The Monthly Edit may contain different proteins and ingredients each month.

Unless we expressly offer a particular dietary subscription, we cannot guarantee that The Monthly Edit will be suitable for specific allergies, intolerances or dietary requirements.

Please check the ingredient information provided for individual products before feeding them to your dog.

If your dog has a known food allergy, intolerance or medically prescribed diet, please consider whether a mixed monthly treat subscription is appropriate before subscribing.

8. Natural Treats & Chews

Natural treats and chews can naturally differ in size, shape, colour, texture and appearance.

Dogs should always be supervised while eating treats and chews, and fresh drinking water should be available.

Please select and use products appropriately for your dog's size, age and chewing behaviour. Remove a chew if it becomes small enough to present a swallowing or choking risk.

Treats should be fed as part of a balanced diet.

9. Toys & Enrichment Products

Toys and enrichment products may be included occasionally as an additional Monthly Edit item. A toy or enrichment product is not guaranteed in every box.

No dog toy is indestructible. Dogs should be supervised while using toys and enrichment products.

Please inspect products regularly and discontinue use if an item becomes damaged or presents a potential hazard.

10. Subscriber Benefits

Active Monthly Edit subscribers may receive additional benefits, which could include subscriber-only offers, discounts or early access to selected PAWMIAPAWS launches.

Unless a particular benefit is expressly included as a guaranteed part of the subscription, subscriber benefits and promotional offers may vary over time.

Subscription pricing cannot be combined with ambassador discounts, promotional codes or other offers unless PAWMIAPAWS expressly states otherwise.

11. Changes to the Subscription Price

We may change the price of The Monthly Edit in the future.

We will provide existing subscribers with appropriate advance notice of a price increase before it affects a future subscription payment. Where required, customers will be given the opportunity to cancel before the new price applies.

We will not retrospectively change the price of a subscription order that has already been paid for.

12. Changes to The Monthly Edit

Because The Monthly Edit is a curated subscription, the selection of treats, chews and additional products will naturally change.

If we make a significant change to the fundamental nature of the subscription or remove a feature expressly sold as a guaranteed part of it, we will communicate the change to affected subscribers where appropriate.

13. Availability

All subscription products remain subject to availability.

In exceptional circumstances, we may need to delay a subscription order, make an appropriate substitution, pause the service or cancel an order.

If PAWMIAPAWS cancels a paid subscription order and does not provide the goods, the applicable payment will be refunded.
